Disclaimer

1. General information

Token Rush (tokenrush.online) is a platform for discovering and playing free browser games. The information and services on this website are provided for general entertainment purposes only. Token Rush is not an earning, reward or cash platform.

2. Self-hosted games

Some games on Token Rush are built and hosted directly by us ("Token Rush originals"). These are provided for personal entertainment as-is. While we test them before release, we cannot guarantee they will function identically on every device, browser or network condition.

3. Third-party game content

Other games available through Token Rush originate from third-party HTML5 game providers and are embedded or linked from their original sources. Token Rush does not own, develop, host or control these games. Each third-party provider is responsible for its own content, functionality and services, and its own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

4. Game availability

Games may be added, updated or removed at any time — by Token Rush or by the third-party providers that supply them. As a result, the game catalogue may change over time, and individual games may become temporarily or permanently unavailable without notice.

5. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

We work to keep the website running smoothly, but uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, the game catalogue or any individual game cannot always be guaranteed. Technical issues may arise on our side or on the side of third-party providers, and maintenance or network conditions may temporarily affect access.

6. External links and embedded content

The website may contain links to external websites and may embed third-party content such as advertising, videos and games. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of external sites and services. Accessing them is at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Token Rush shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the website or any third-party content made available through it. This disclaimer does not limit liability where doing so would be contrary to mandatory law.
